I’ve also seen this demon, i was at this ‘haunted bridge with my friend and we saw him sitting on a bench with a couple, we turned to look at him but he was gone. The couple hadn’t seen him. Another time I was sitting at the computer and i saw him in the corner of my eye, again I look and he’s gone.My friend saw him a couple times at his own house also. I have no idea who he is but I know he’s evil, the vibe he gives off is chilling. It’s been several months since i last saw the ‘top-hat’ man, but he’s still stuck in my mind. I can’t quite figure out why he left, but I kinda wish he was still here so I could try to to get some evidence. Either way I’m glad I’m not the only one who has seen him, it further validates his existence.
