It must have been about three or four in the morning and i awoke from sleep with my eyes still closed. I felt someones presence in the room by my sleeping bag. I slowly opened my eyes and saw a man standing no more than ten feet away from me. I knew i wasnt dreaming and i felt wide awake. Everyone else was dead asleep and i didnt make a sound. I tilted my head up to better look at the man. He looked nothing like any ghost/spirit/shadow person ive ever heard of. He looked very solid with human like proportions. He had unmistakable human facial features and body. He had on a full black/grey three piece suit and tie. He looked to be in his thirties. If you saw him today you might mistaken him for a human being except for the eyes. The were glowing red. However i could still make out his pupils etx. Another thing ill note is his facial expression. He had on the most unmistakable smerk ive ever seen. This look on his face was like seeing someone you haven’t seen in years or when someone tells you a funny joke and your in class so you try not to laugh but you have a big smerk on you face. I also had this strange feeling he knew me somehow. Eventually after i make eye contact with this being for who knows how long, i drifted back to sleep. In the morning i described the being to my friend as a “ghost”. Although if i saw a being such as him in such solid form today i think id be scared shitless. He reminds me of the archtipical 21 century description of the devil.
