I have been visited by this description “the hatman” for over 30 years in Ontario. I have never heard much about him until recently, although people started telling me they have seen him within the last 15 years. I have searched on the internet and never found much until now…I always thought it was rare…I would like to tell a bit about what I have seen…..it started in the 1970s but I was less than 5 years old and he wasn’t alone….he was around for a bit and I saw his face and his stupid smile…his stupid red face and stupid smile…he had a cape and a stick of some kind…there were several short creatures in my room too……he came back when I was in my 20s……..eventually my wife saw him… my friends saw a man in a fedora who would disappear…..I never talk about this..
I hope somebody can tell me about this….there is a lot I am leaving out but I want to know more…why does he come to see me all these years
