The night of july 23rd 2019, is when i saw the shadow man. My cousin and friend were staying the night because we had plans in the morning. We slept with the tv off because they were light sleepers. During the night I had woken up and my door was open and a tall black male figure was watching me. My parents had divorced back in september and my brother was too short to be the figure. The hallway lights were on but the light went around it causing me to only see a black figure. The man did not have a hat or a coat. The figure shut the door , and i dozed off.I thought the figure was my cousin, but she was in the bed next to me the whole time.
